The Primary Health Networks Program Electronic Reporting System (PPERS) is an online deliverables reporting system for PHNs and the Department of Health and Aged Care.

This site allows PHN users to log in to the PPERS Portal. PPERS allows PHNs to draft, edit and update their reporting information online, and allows for electronic submission and approval processes between PHNs and the Department of Health and Aged Care.
